For sale is a full bodied go kart based on a replica of A. J. Foyt?s Coyote race car that won the xxxx Indianapolis 500. This kart is home built based on professional plans. The plan design is based on a wooden monocoque body with motorcycle controls, over-sized tires, and conventional kart engine, clutch, and chain drive.

This kart is NOT intended nor suitable for competition, racing, or high speed!
It is intended for low speed recreational fun and enjoyment. Due to the kart?s very low ground clearance, it is only suitable for a large hard surface area to drive on. But it is also very stable and nearly impossible to tip over.
This kart has very been used for just a relatively few hours (approximately a couple of dozen hours total). Although built as designed, the standard clutch setup is not the best setup for this kart in my opinion. It is slow to get going, but once it?s rolling, it picks up speed fast.
It would cost about $1,800 to build this car today if you can find a set of original plans.
